A single Diffusion server, deployed on a relatively small server, can handle up to 11,000 concurrent users connected and can distribute up to 35,000 messages per second over the internet (Diffusion Internet Message Broker). Much greater performance, between 75,000-100,000 messages per second, can be achieved between machines within a high bandwidth/low latency environment (i.e. VPN/internal network) (Diffusion Message Broker).
See our Appliances page for getting the best out of your Diffusion deployment.
