Support

We appreciate that no one business has the same need or requirement hence we have three generic support levels which cover most needs:

  • Gold ­ 24 hours a day
  • Silver ­ 8am-5pm
  • Bronze ­ pay as you go

All issues will be tracked and logged via our online support tracking system. Booking a ticket is very straightforward; simply send an email to the support team at support@pushtechnology.com , or call us during office hours on +44 (0)1628 783848 and a ticket will be automatically generated.
